Meet Josh Robertson.

For more than 20 years, I've been building businesses right here in our local community. I've founded, acquired, grown, and successfully sold multiple companies across several industries, including growing one business into a multi-million-dollar company that consistently outperformed industry profit margins.

Along the way, I've hired employees, managed teams, navigated economic ups and downs, made difficult decisions, celebrated victories, and learned plenty of lessons through failure.

Like many business owners, I spent years searching for ways to grow faster and lead better. Over the past two decades, I've invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in coaching programs, conferences, masterminds, and business education.

Those investments transformed my businesses—but not for the reason most people think. Yes, I learned valuable strategies, systems, and leadership principles. But the greatest value came from the relationships. Having a trusted group of business owners who understood the weight of making payroll, managing employees, dealing with uncertainty, and making difficult decisions was invaluable. They became people I could lean on, learn from, and challenge when I needed another perspective.

The only downside was that none of those relationships were local. That's why I created this mastermind. My vision is to bring together ambitious local business owners who want more than another networking event or sales pitch. This is a place where owners can openly discuss real business challenges, share what's actually working, hold each other accountable, and build genuine relationships with people who understand both the realities of running a business and the unique challenges of our local market.

Today, I am building EverLearn Academy while also investing in real estate and helping other entrepreneurs build stronger, more profitable companies. My passion has shifted from simply building businesses to helping other owners avoid costly mistakes, think strategically, and create businesses that support the life they want not consume it.

I don't claim to have all the answers. But I do know the power of putting the right people in the same room.
