Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Last Updated August 21, 2026

1. Overview

At Everlearn Academy, we want you to feel confident in your decision to participate in our programs and FRAP Chapters. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when you may cancel your enrollment, request a refund, or discontinue participation in our Services. By purchasing a program, membership, FRAP Chapter, or other Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. FRAP Chapter Cancellation & Refunds

Unless a different cancellation or refund policy is specifically stated at the time of purchase, the following policy applies: Within [7] Days of Purchase. You may request a refund within [7] calendar days of your initial purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. To qualify, your request must be received within the applicable refund period. Once your refund is approved, we will process the eligible refund to the original payment method. After the Refund Period or after the applicable refund period has expired, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes payments made through a payment plan unless otherwise stated in writing by Honor and Fire LLC. Cancellation of participation does not automatically cancel any outstanding payment obligations under an agreed payment plan.

3. Membership Cancellation

If your FRAP Chapter or other Service is structured as a recurring membership, you may cancel future recurring charges by providing notice according to the cancellation instructions provided with your membership. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges after the effective cancellation date. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not create a refund for payments already processed or for time that has already passed within a membership period.

4. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to the full payment schedule presented at the time of purchase unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise. A payment plan is a payment arrangement for the purchased Service and is not necessarily a month-to-month membership. Canceling participation does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations.

5. Missed Meetings or Unused Services

Refunds will not generally be issued because a participant: Misses a meeting; Does not attend a scheduled session; Does not use available resources; Does not participate in the community; Is unable to attend at a particular time; or Chooses not to take advantage of the Services. Where reasonably possible, we may provide recordings, alternative resources, or other accommodations, but these are not guaranteed.

6. Program Changes

Everlearn Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to meeting dates, times, speakers, instructors, curriculum, format, or other program components. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to participants. A change to a program component does not automatically create a right to a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Company.

7. Company Cancellation

If Honor and Fire LLC cancels a program or FRAP Chapter before the participant has received the substantial benefit of the purchased Service, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, transferring enrollment, credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Removal for Violation of Terms

If a participant is removed from a program or community because of harassment, abuse, threatening behavior, fraud, misuse of intellectual property, breach of confidentiality, or another material violation of our Terms & Conditions, the participant may not be entitled to a refund. Any remaining payment obligations will be handled according to the applicable purchase agreement and applicable law.

9. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]

Please include:

Your full name

Email address used for purchase

Name of the program or FRAP Chapter

Date of purchase

Reason for the request, if applicable

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval of a refund. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or other financial institution. Everlearn Academy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

11. Exceptions

We understand that unusual circumstances may occur. At our sole discretion, Honor and Fire LLC may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. An exception in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.
